Achieving this environment requires the right insulation and refrigeration system. As the wine closet was located on one of the higher floors, it was expected that the heat in that part of the building would be stronger. To combat this, a high-quality split-type air conditioning system was needed.
The WhisperKOOL split wine cooling unit was chosen for the project because it is space-efficient for the wine closet. The evaporator was attached to the ceiling and covered with a simple grille to keep the closet looking clean and maximize space for the wines.

The condo unit was designed with a color scheme featuring neutral colors like white, brown, and black. The primary source of lighting in the unit was natural light and recessed LED lights.
